Financial Services Technology Consulting Firm Named Fastest Growing by Inc. Magazine for the 8th Consecutive Time.

New York, NY – August 19, 2020 – InRhythm, a technology consulting firm in the financial services industry, is honored to be named to the Inc. 5000 Hall of Fame with its 8th consecutive win as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the USA. The company was recently recognized on the 2020 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies List as Company #2520 after posting 163% growth versus this time last year.

This year’s award moves InRhythm up 169 spots from its distinction as Company #2689 on last year’s list. Some of the reasons cited for the company’s continued upward mobility on the list is its dedication as agile craftsmen and practitioners of “agile methodology.” At the core of their practice is the company’s unwavering commitment to the first principle of the Agile Manifesto: “The highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software.”

Gunjan Doshi, the founder of InRhythm, reflected on the company’s journey, “Every accolade and distinction that our team has earned is meaningful and much appreciated. We are grateful for the recognition. However, this year’s award feels incredibly special as 2020 has been a particularly challenging year for our clients, our staff, everyone in the industry and around the globe.”

Looking back, the company was founded in 2002 and initially operated out of a 1-bedroom apartment in New Jersey. InRhythm was first named to the Inc. 5000 List in 2013 where they were ranked Company #1203 after an explosive 346% growth. For the past eight years, InRhythm has consistently ranked within the top half of the list posting an average of 175% growth.

Upholding and encouraging a corporate culture where mistakes are equated with learning opportunities has positively influenced the company’s growth and year/year expansion. InRhythm welcomes changing project requirements – even those that are midstream – as opportunities for optimization that work in synergy to drive competitive advantage for the client. InRhythm brings its expertise to its clients, onsite and in-person to fully integrate with the client’s team. The global pandemic and essential business practices required to protect the safety of the company’s staff and clients forced InRhythm to adapt to all-virtual deployments. However, in the true spirit of agile development, teams that can adapt to change and rapidly identify a new path forward can collaborate to achieve a shared goal and find success together.
