Founder of one of California’s largest private mortgage banks and registered yoga teacher consciously explores spiritual humanitarian interests while exuding aura of peace and harmony – even during business processes.

San Anselmo, CA – October 8, 2019 – Jason H. Freskos, CEO of Sequoia Mortgage Capital in San Aselmo, California, has been making a name for himself as of late by actively helping his local community via heartfelt spiritual endeavours and a strong focus on non-profit work, consciously exploring spiritual humanitarian interests while exuding an aura of peace and harmony – even during business practices with Sequoia.

The founder of one of the Golden State’s largest private mortgage banks is also a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, catering to a diverse client base of yoga students and helping them attain a mastery of this ancient craft.

“Beyond possessing a myriad of experience in the mortgage and loan brokerage sector, I remain committed to aligning myself spiritually, and regularly encourage others to take the same path towards mental clarity,” Freskos explains.

“When I’m not instructing spirituality-minded yogis, I am focused on funding loans that other lenders turn down by way of overseeing the daily operations of Sequoia Mortgage Capital – a labour of love that allows me to be actively involved in the underwriting and due diligence processes, among other efforts.

“I am also stepping up my intentions to be more proactive with regard to non-profit endeavours, having served as a board member with the Marin Education Fund, a non-profit company helping students pay for post-secondary education and providing resources for improved grades, in the past.”

A second-generation mortgage banker, Freskos graduated from San Francisco State University in 1993 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance, Banking and Real Estate, going on to become a licensed California real estate broker in 1994 who has since originated loans totalling over one billion dollars.

“Under the guidance of Mr. Freskos, Sequoia has truly been thriving,” adds Gregory D. Bronshvag, President of Sequoia Mortgage Capital.

“In addition to creating a positive and enthusiastic work environment, he has helped the company streamline all of its business processes in order to perform better as a corporation and help California residents attain hassle-free loans.”
